Responsibilities
- Take incoming calls and make outbound calls to work out and agree a payment plan with the customer.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure customer records are kept up to date.
- Complete any queries within agreed SLAs.
- Work with a customer base that includes both domestic and commercial clients.
Qualifications
- Excellent communicator with a solution‑focused mindset.
- Experience working in a customer‑focused environment, such as credit risk or recoveries.
- Ability to interpret complex data and multi‑task effectively.
- Resilient, professional and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
