We are looking for a Supply Chain Administrator to join our Field Services team to aid in the daily operations of the Utilita Warehouses.

What does this role involve?

As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will support the end-to-end operations of Utilita’s Warehouse Logistics team.

Day To Day You Will:

  • Ensure stock level systems are up to date to allow assets to be ready for dispatch.
  • Create inventory reports for future stock orders.
  • Liaise with suppliers and raise purchase orders.

Who are we looking for?

Previous experience with Microsoft Packages such as Excel would be desirable. The successful candidate will be organised and self-sufficient to ensure the maintenance of departmental inboxes. You will have a good attention for detail with experience of working to deadlines. This role would be a hybrid position to the Warehouse in Winchester and therefore the successful candidate must be within commuting distance.
