Are you an experienced Dual Fuel Engineer looking to move into a compliance-based role? We have a great opportunity for you to join our Field Services team, where we are committed to enabling people to be the best they can be.
What does this role involve?
Utilita’s Field Services team are award winning in Smart Meter installation, as a Field Service Compliance Auditor you will play a key role in maintaining this standard.
Day To Day You Will:
- Conduct field audits on employed and contracted engineers and provide feedback;
- Offer coaching to motivate your allocated field engineers in order to excel in performance;
- Ensure that gas and electric meters are installed in accordance with industry legislation and Utilita’s procedures;
- Report progress of engineers to the Compliance Manager to help ensure monthly audit KPI’s are delivered.
Who are we looking for?
You will have up to date experience of installing and fixing smart meters and be able to display a good understanding of all relevant British Standards and industry regulations. Recording of accurate information is key, therefore you will have good written and verbal communication skills. You will be confident in delivering feedback, whilst remaining approachable and engaging.
Successful Candidates Will Hold:
- CCN1, MET1 or equivalent National PTO from NSAP
- Electric PTO 3-phase electric & medium pressure gas preferred (although training will be provided)
Your role will involve having access to our customers’ homes, so you’ll need to go through some enhanced security vetting.
