Salary: £27,976 per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hours per week

We’re looking for a Telesales Compliance Officer to work closely with our Sales teams to monitor calls to ensure compliance to policies and processes.

What you’ll be doing?

  • As a Telesales Compliance Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our sales and service activities meet regulatory, legal, and company standards.
  • Partake in call listening and provide feedback to agents virtually.
  • Analyse information entered onto our system by agents as part of their assessment.
  • Produce virtual feedback for outsourced providers.
  • Support peak business needs, including Customer First mobilisation.
