We’re looking for a Telesales Compliance Officer to work closely with our Sales teams to monitor calls to ensure compliance to policies and processes.
What you’ll be doing?
- As a Telesales Compliance Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our sales and service activities meet regulatory, legal, and company standards.
- Partake in call listening and provide feedback to agents virtually.
- Analyse information entered onto our system by agents as part of their assessment.
- Produce virtual feedback for outsourced providers.
- Support peak business needs, including Customer First mobilisation.
