What does this role involve?
As a Field Recovery Engineer, you will attend both domestic and commercial properties on behalf of the Revenue Protection team to assist with the retrieval of outstanding customer debt.
Day to day you will:
- discuss resolutions with customers at pre-warrant and warrant sites.
- provide options and install the appropriate meters where required.
Who are we looking for?
You will need to hold a CMA1/CCN1 or equivalent, MET1, MOCOPA (single phase, single off multi, multi-rate), along with previous experience as a Smart Meter Engineer. 3-Phase and Medium pressure qualifications would be desirable but are not essential.
You will thrive working as part of a team; therefore, a strong level of communication is key. The successful applicant needs to be flexible with the day-to-day requirements and show resilience, as no two days are the same.
Your role will involve accessing our customers’ homes, so you’ll need to undergo some enhanced security vetting.
