As the Warrant Recovery Team Leader, you will lead a team responsible for the effective recovery of outstanding balances from our credit customers. You will oversee the end-to-end management of pre-disconnection visits (PDV's) and in some cases applying to third party partners for a warrant, to ensure we can install a prepayment meter in the customer's property to recover outstanding debt.
Day to day, you will:
- be an escalation point for internal & external stakeholders;
- provide training & development to staff to help them reach their potential;
- ensure all tasks are completed within agreed SLA's.
You will have a good understanding of Utilita and revenue protection processes to be a point of escalation for the team; where you can understand and resolve complex issues and queries. You will be approachable, adaptable and willing to roll up your sleeves when needed. Previous experience in a leadership position would be desirable. Your role might involve having access to some sensitive information, so you'll most likely need to go through some enhanced security vetting.
