**Job Title:** Field Planning Team Leader **Location:** Hybrid to Chandlers Ford (Min 2x days per week onsite) **Salary:** £29,592 per Annum **Hou****rs:** 40 hours per week **Sponsership:** Unfortunately, we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role. We’re looking for a Field Planning Team Leader to lead our dynamic scheduling team, who are responsible for managing the diaries of our Field Engineers, installing and maintaining Smart Meters across the region.Proven experience managing a team in a planning or scheduling environment is essential. Strong organisational and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Experience in utilities, field service, or smart metering is a plus.
