Salary: £26,208 - £28,000
Hours: 40 hours per week between 7:30am-5:30pm, 1 in 4 weeks a 24 hour on-call rota

Join our Contact Centre team and take a key role in shaping and enhancing our telephony systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Developing and configuring phone lines while monitoring their performance to ensure efficiency.
- Identifying and resolving any issues with the telephony system.
- Keeping key stakeholders informed on project progress.
- Analysing telephony data to produce detailed performance reports.
- Maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Managing user access by creating and maintaining logins within the telephony system.
You will be working in a reactive based role, using a ticketing system to troubleshoot and fix issues. This requires you to work well under pressure and use initiative. Telephony Analysts have a curious approach to troubleshooting, with the ability to think holistically and anticipate knock-on effects. You will also be a subject matter expert, so you will need to explain findings and actions in a user-friendly manner. Experience using SQL would be desired, however, would not be essential.
