Working as part of the Process Automations team, this role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining innovative solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. The work directly supports business operations and drives efficiency across multiple functions.

A key element of the position involves supporting Power Automate queues across the organisation while managing the team’s own estate of licences and environments, ensuring stability, compliance, and smooth day-to-day operation. Close collaboration with stakeholders is central to the role. Requirements are explored, understood, and translated into high-quality, user-centred solutions that solve real challenges and enhance business processes. Power BI dashboards are created to bring clarity to complex data, enabling users to visualise insights quickly and make confident, informed decisions.

The position sits within a close-knit group of automation engineers with diverse technical backgrounds. The primary focus centres on supporting Power Apps processes for logistics and multi-site commercial sales tool, critical solutions at the heart of operational success.

Organised and forward-thinking, you confidently support Power Automate workflows across the organisation while managing environments, licences, and governance with precision and care. You’re a naturally curious problem-solver who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, digging into requirements, uncovering what truly matters, and turning insights into intuitive, user-centric applications and automations. With a data-driven mindset, you create Power BI dashboards that reveal trends, highlight performance, and empower teams to make smarter, faster decisions.

To be successful in this role you may be required to pass an enhanced security vetting process.
