What does this role involve?
As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be a key member of our product team, designing, developing, and maintaining bespoke software solutions that support both our customers and internal teams. Working in a fast-paced Agile environment, you'll contribute across internal tools, customer-facing applications, APIs, and databases, helping to deliver robust, scalable, and high-quality solutions. You'll work across both C# & Delphi, enhancing and supporting our CRM products while helping to modernise applications and integrate them with modern platforms. Taking ownership of the software you build, you'll ensure features, enhancements, and fixes are thoroughly tested, stable, and ready for deployment. Beyond hands-on development, you'll play an important role in shaping technical direction, driving continuous improvement, and supporting the growth of the engineering team through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and leading by example.
Who are we looking for?
We're looking for an experienced software engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and delivering high-quality software that makes a real impact. You'll have strong development experience in C# & Delphi, with an interest in working across both technologies. You'll be someone who takes ownership, thrives in a collaborative environment, and can balance hands-on delivery with technical leadership. Whether it's contributing to architecture decisions, identifying opportunities for modernisation, improving engineering practices, or supporting fellow engineers, you'll be motivated by creating better solutions and helping the team succeed. Most importantly, you'll bring a proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality, ensuring the technology we deliver is reliable, maintainable, and fit for the future.
The technical environment includes: Delphi, C#, APIs, Oracle, SQL, Agile/Scrum, Git code management and cloud-based technologies.
Although the role is remote, we do require the team to come to our Chandlers Ford head office for team collaboration days.
This role will involve on-call working on a rota basis (24/7).
To be successful in this role you will be required to pass an enhanced security vetting process.
