Salary: £26,208 per annum plus commission OTE £34K
Hours: Monday – Friday 40 hours per week 8am – 5pm

Luxion Sales is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic team of Customer Sales Advisors. As a Customer Sales Advisor, you will respond to a wide range of incoming customer enquiries with professionalism and care, promoting Utilita’s products and services in line with compliance and customer service standards. You will convert potential customer calls into successful sales opportunities while supporting and improving the switching process to increase customer go-live and retention rates. Delivering exceptional service is key to enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
We are looking for a confident communicator with a genuine passion for helping people. You will have a strong sales-driven approach while maintaining a customer-first mindset. With a proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs and performance targets, you will demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail. Previous experience in a sales environment is essential.
