Hours: 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm)

Do you have a keen eye for detail? Are you interested in a career within Engineer compliance? If so, we have an exciting opportunity within our Field Services Compliance team, supporting the accurate recording and management of audit data for our Smart Metering and renewables engineers.

What does this role involve?

As a Compliance and Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will be the central point for our engineer compliance within our Field Services teams. You will review documentation from both field-based and desktop audits, ensuring all submissions are in line with company policy and regulatory requirements. You will communicate any instances of non-compliance, working closely with line managers and key stakeholders to ensure appropriate follow-up actions are taken. In addition, you will ensure engineers remain up to date with audit requirements. This includes onboarding new starters, verifying that all necessary documentation is in place, and confirming readiness before engineers are approved to operate in the field.

You’ll be someone with a positive, can-do attitude who enjoys building strong working relationships and contributing to a supportive and close-knit team. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be working with a range of stakeholders and providing guidance when needed. You will be confident working independently while following established processes and guidelines to a high level of accuracy, as your work supports senior management decision-making. Previous experience within the energy sector or an IOSH qualification would be beneficial, but not essential, as full support and training will be provided.
