We are looking for a Supply Chain Administrator to join our Field Services team to aid in the daily operations of the Utilita Warehouses. As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will support the end-to-end operations of Utilita’s Warehouse Logistics team.
Day to day you will:
- ensure stock level systems are up to date to allow assets to be ready for dispatch;
- create inventory reports for future stock orders;
- liaise with suppliers and raise purchase orders.
Previous experience with Microsoft Packages such as Excel would be desirable. The successful candidate will be organised and self-sufficient to ensure the maintenance of departmental inboxes. You will have a good attention for detail with experience of working to deadlines. This role would be a hybrid position to the Warehouse in Winchester and therefore the successful candidate must be within commuting distance.
