Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, face‑to‑face or over the phone.
- Provide practical, personalised energy‑saving advice to help customers reduce usage, lower bills and shrink their carbon footprint.
- Introduce customers to Utilita’s eco‑conscious products and services.
- Use the in‑house CRM system to resolve queries efficiently and translate technical information into everyday language.
- Serve as a sustainability ambassador, working with local charities and organisations through Utilita Giving.
- Lead local green initiatives and collaborate with the team to inspire community participation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Passion for sustainability and community engagement.
- Strong communication skills across all channels.
- Proactive, can‑do attitude.
- Good customer service experience is desirable.
