Södra Teatern på Mosebacke har huserat dekadens, djävulskap och magiska kvällar sedan 1859. Vi är ett av Stockholms äldsta och mest mytomspunna nöjespalats och presenterar ett brett utbud av konserter, nattklubb, möten och event. Södra Teatern är en del av Stockholm Live som driver Nordens mest besökta arenor, som årligen välkomnar över 3 miljoner besökare till arenor som Avicii Arena, Strawberry Arena, Hovet, Annexet och 3Arena.
Det här är en roll för dig som vill kombinera operativt arbete med strategiskt ansvar. Du blir ytterst ansvarig för all teknisk utrustning i huset och säkerställer att våra konserter, möten, event och nattklubb håller högsta tekniska nivå. Du leder, planerar och utvecklar teknikfunktionen samtidigt som du själv är nära verksamheten och arbetar hands-on som tekniker.
I rollen kommer du bland annat att:
- Ha övergripande ansvar för all teknisk utrustning på Södra Teatern
- Säkerställa underhåll och service av teknisk utrustning
- Vara kontaktperson mot externa teknikleverantörer och underleverantörer
- Planera och schemalägga tekniker utifrån bokningskalender och verksamhetens behov
- Samarbeta nära projektledare för att skapa merförsäljning inom möten och event
- Arbeta operativt som tekniker vid konserter och event minst en gĂĄng per vecka
- Stötta verksamheten med övriga förekommande arbetsuppgifter under perioder med lägre beläggning
Vi söker dig som är trygg i din tekniska kompetens, gillar att samarbeta och har lätt för att bygga goda relationer. Du är prestigelös och arbetar gärna nära både tekniker, projektledare, leverantörer och andra delar av verksamheten för att hitta bra lösningar tillsammans. Har du dessutom ett kommersiellt tänk och ser hur tekniken kan bidra till mer värde för både kunder och verksamheten är det ett stort plus.
Kravprofil:
- Minst 4 ĂĄrs erfarenhet i en ledande teknisk roll
- Erfarenhet av ljud- och ljusteknik (utbildning är meriterande)
- God vana av planering, koordinering och leverantörskontakter
- God svenska och engelska i tal och skrift
- Flexibel inför varierande arbetstider
