We’re looking for talented and reliable casual chefs to join our culinary team within a busy arena environment. You’ll support hospitality, corporate lounges, private boxes and large-scale events, delivering high-quality food with consistency, speed, and professionalism. Applicants must be available to start from the end of August and will work with brand new equipment in a recently upgraded kitchen.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes with consistency and flair.
  • Contribute creative ideas to menu development and special events.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen in line with hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth service.
  • Manage stock and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous chef experience in restaurants, catering, or event environments.
  • Passion for food, strong cooking skills, and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • A positive, adaptable, and team‑oriented attitude.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, especially matchdays and events.
  • Culinary qualifications are a plus – but talent and attitude matter most.
