The Role
To support the Senior Hospitality Manager in the successful delivery of all hospitality operations across Sheffield Arena, including suites, lounges, restaurants, bars and event hospitality areas. The role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage service and supporting the commercial performance of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day operation of all hospitality areas.
- Assist in managing hospitality suites, lounges, restaurants and bars.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suite holders, corporate clients and hospitality guests.
- Assist in recruitment, training and development of hospitality teams.
- Oversee restaurant operations and premium dining experiences.
- Support the development of cocktail menus, wine offerings and premium beverage programs.
- Maintain strong food, wine, spirits and cocktail knowledge.
- Manage stock control, labour resources and rota planning.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, food safety and licensing regulations.
- Support invoicing, reporting and financial controls.
We are looking for someone with:
- Previous management or supervisory experience within hospitality, restaurants, bars or events.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and premium guest experiences.
- Experience in cocktail preparation, bar operations and premium beverage service.
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
Additional Requirements:
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Occasional UK travel may be required.
- Hands‑on approach to event delivery and operational support.
