  • Optimise ticket sales performance, monitoring sales and campaign data, identifying underperforming events, developing targeted marketing activity and aligning closely with ticketing partners and strategy teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with promoters and promoter marketing teams, ensuring collaborative campaign planning and maximising the impact of joint marketing investment.
  • Support revenue growth and new product launches, developing marketing strategies that increase on-site spend, promote premium hospitality offerings and successfully launch new investments and guest experiences.
  • Provide strategic stakeholder management and insight, partnering with operational leadership and senior marketing colleagues to align priorities, share performance reporting and drive continuous improvement across the arena estate.

  • Ability to analyse ticketing, sales and marketing performance data to inform decision-making and improve commercial outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and work effectively across multiple venues and teams.
  • Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills, with the credibility to drive best practice and capability development across a network.
