About the Role
As the main point of contact for premium clients, you’ll bring events to life through seamless delivery and exceptional service. Behind the scenes, you’ll keep everything accurate and on track, while contributing to revenue growth by managing opportunities, progressing contracts, and identifying ways to add value at every stage. In partnership with Sales, Operations, Hospitality, and VIP teams, you’ll help deliver exceptional event-day experiences, build long‑term client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of AO Arena’s premium business.

You’ll be responsible for:
- End-to-end ownership of premium client relationships – acting as the main point of contact for AO Arena’s premium clients, managing enquiries, sharing event updates, and delivering a seamless, first‑class experience at every stage.
- Driving revenue growth - through proposals, contract management, upselling, and business development.
- Coordination and delivery of premium event experiences – overseeing suite bookings, ticketing, guest lists, catering requirements, and live event materials, while supporting on‑site delivery to ensure exceptional event‑day experiences.
- Collaboration across teams to drive seamless execution – partnering closely with Sales, Operations, Hospitality, Catering, and VIP teams to ensure commitments are delivered smoothly, feedback is captured, and any service issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Management of data, systems, and promotional support – maintaining accurate client records and sales pipelines, supporting promotional and marketing activity, and providing high‑quality administrative support that contributes to the continued growth of AO Arena’s premium business.
You will have:
- Strong experience in client‑facing premium, hospitality, or events environments – with the confidence and professionalism to act as the main point of contact for premium clients and deliver a first‑class experience throughout.
- Strong organisational skills and commercial awareness – able to manage multiple enquiries, contracts, and deadlines, while supporting proposals, progressing opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth.
- A solid understanding of sales processes, systems, and pipeline management – confidently maintaining accurate client data, monitoring opportunity progression, and ensuring all activity is managed in line with sales procedures.
- A collaborative and hands‑on approach to delivery – working closely with Sales, Operations, Hospitality, Catering, and VIP teams to support site visits, live events, and the smooth delivery of premium experiences.
- A proactive and client‑focused mindset – building strong relationships, identifying upsell and business development opportunities, supporting promotional activity, and using feedback and insight to continuously enhance the client experience.
