The Role
This role is dedicated to ensuring a seamless, end‑to‑end process—from accurate invoicing to timely customer payments—while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. You’ll be responsible for:
- Accounts Receivable operations – adhering to the full process from invoice creation to customer payment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across your portfolio of venues.
- Monitoring financial health – regularly review aged debtors, debtor days, and credit notes to maintain strong cash flow and minimise risk.
- Driving process improvement – use Power BI dashboards and KPIs to track success and collaborate with US D365 support teams to resolve issues and implement system enhancements.
- Supporting transactional activities – assist with group inbox management, daily bank postings, and provide cover for finance transactions when needed.
- Ensuring attention to detail and compliance – process invoices and credit notes accurately while upholding best practices and delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders.
You’ll have:
- Extensive Accounts Receivable experience with a solid understanding of processes, systems, and control frameworks.
- Strong technical skills, ideally including intermediate Excel proficiency with formulas.
- Excellent planning and organisational ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Resilience and adaptability, thriving under pressure while working both reactively and proactively.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to influence and build strong relationships.
