About the Role

As Vice President of Marketing – UK Venues, you will lead the vision, strategy and performance of marketing across one of the most prestigious venue portfolios in the industry, including iconic properties spanning sport, music, entertainment and hospitality. This is a rare opportunity to shape the growth trajectory of some of the UK’s most recognised and culturally significant venues, influencing how audiences engage, experience and connect with live events. Operating at the heart of the business, you will combine creativity, commercial acumen and data-driven innovation to drive audience growth, maximise revenue, strengthen brands and elevate the fan experience. Your leadership will extend beyond marketing campaigns—playing a pivotal role in venue performance, commercial partnerships, business development and the acquisition of future landmark clients. As a senior leader and trusted advisor, you will inspire high-performing teams, influence key stakeholders and champion bold thinking across the organisation. Highly desirable:
- Existing network within the UK sports and entertainment sector, multi-venue experience, and exposure to hospitality, F&B, ticketing, sponsorship or venue bidding environments.
We are looking for someone with:
- Extensive senior marketing leadership experience within live entertainment, sport, hospitality, venues or related sectors, and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams across complex, multi-site operations.
- A strong track record of driving commercial growth, delivering ticket sales, revenue performance and audience development through impactful marketing strategies.
- Expertise in digital, data and customer-led marketing, with strong knowledge of CRM, automation, AI, personalisation and performance optimisation.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the credibility to build trusted relationships across senior leadership teams, promoters, rights holders, clients and commercial partners.
- A strategic, resilient and commercially minded approach, with the agility to thrive in fast-paced, growing, business environments, who embraces innovation to deliver exceptional fan and guest experiences.
