About the Role
Lead the delivery of exceptional, world‑class hospitality as VIP Suites Manager at Chelsea Football Club. You’ll oversee all premium suite operations, creating unforgettable experiences for partners, sponsors, and VIP guests. Driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and commercial performance, you’ll set the standard for luxury service on matchdays and beyond. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone passionate about elevating hospitality in an elite sporting environment and continually pushing standards to new heights.

You’ll be responsible for:
- VIP Suites Operations & Delivery: Lead all matchday and non‑matchday VIP suite operations, ensuring seamless planning, execution, and consistently exceptional standards across service, presentation, and F&B delivery.
- Event Management & Execution: Oversee delivery across matches, concerts, and corporate events, coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing timelines, and driving continuous improvement through pre‑ and post‑event reviews.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for VIP clients, sponsors, and partners, building strong relationships, enhancing the guest journey, and supporting retention and revenue growth.
- Leadership & Team Development: Inspire, develop, and manage a high‑performing team through recruitment, training, and mentoring, creating a positive culture focused on service excellence and accountability.
- Commercial Performance, Compliance & Standards: Support financial targets through effective cost control and upselling, while ensuring full compliance, maintaining premium standards, and delivering accurate reporting and administrative oversight.
You will have:
- Experience & Passion for Premium Hospitality: Proven track record in premium or VIP hospitality management, including leading teams and delivering high‑profile events, with a passion for luxury service and guest experience excellence; proficiency in MS Office and EPOS systems, with relevant industry experience or qualifications advantageous.
- Leadership & Professionalism: Exceptional leader with strong team management skills, high personal standards, and the ability to perform calmly and effectively in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments.
- Organisation & Operational Excellence: Highly organised with strong planning capabilities, able to manage complex operations, prioritise effectively, and adapt to changing demands.
- Communication & Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Commercial & Compliance Expertise: Commercially astute with experience managing budgets, margins, stock, and costs, alongside a strong understanding of food hygiene, health & safety, and licensing regulations.
