About the Role
The Strategy Partnerships Manager will play a key role in shaping and delivering high-impact, commercially driven partnerships across Outernet’s existing and emerging business areas. Working at the intersection of data, creativity, and commercial strategy, this role will define partnership narratives, produce best-in-class sales materials, and unlock multi-platform opportunities spanning digital media, immersive experiences, live events, and brand activations. The role will contribute to a phased go-to-market approach focused on maximizing value from existing partners, driving strategic outbound initiatives, and developing long-term commercial opportunities including naming rights.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the full partnership lifecycle — from prospecting, outreach, and pitch development to deal progression — working closely with the Outernet Partnerships Sales Director and Partnerships Strategy Director.
- Lead development of high-quality sales materials including pitch decks, proposals, data-led narratives, and creative concepts that support go-to-market execution.
- Identify and develop multi-platform partnership concepts aligned with client objectives, spanning digital media, experiential activations, live events, and integrated brand solutions.
- Conduct category analysis, market research, and pipeline management to inform targeting strategies and track overall sales performance.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, strategy, insights, and operations teams to ensure aligned and effective execution across all partnership projects and activations.
We are looking for someone with
- Experience in partnerships, sponsorship, or commercial strategy.
- Background in sports, entertainment, media, or agency environments preferred.
- Proven ability to develop integrated marketing partnerships.
- Strong storytelling, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
- Confident self-starter with ability to adapt quickly.
- Understanding of brand activations in experiential or venue environments.
- Advanced PowerPoint/Canva skills for client-ready presentations.
