You’ll be responsible for:
- Defining and delivering a step‑change in food quality and experience, establishing clear culinary standards and a long‑term roadmap that elevates the offer from reliable to distinctive.
- Leading and maintaining high culinary standards by supporting and developing kitchen and event teams.
