The Venue

As part of Legends Global, you'll join a professional hospitality team delivering premium experiences across restaurants, hospitality suites, VIP lounges, bars and exclusive event spaces.

The Role
As a Hospitality Operations Supervisor, you'll play a key leadership role in the successful delivery of hospitality operations across a variety of premium event environments.
Leading teams during exhibitions, conferences, concerts and live events, you'll be responsible for creating a positive working environment, maintaining exceptional service standards and ensuring every guest receives a memorable experience.
Working closely with operational managers, chefs, bar teams and front-line colleagues, you'll coordinate service, support your team throughout every shift and ensure hospitality operations are delivered safely, efficiently and professionally.
- The Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and support hospitality teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Coordinate the setup, operation and close-down of hospitality areas during live events.
- Maintain high standards of service, presentation and operational excellence.
- Conduct team briefings and provide ongoing coaching and support throughout service.
- Resolve guest queries and operational challenges in a professional and timely manner.
- Work closely with kitchen, bar and operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety and company procedures.
- Lead by example, representing Legends and Olympia with professionalism at every event.

- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience within hospitality, events, food and beverage operations or premium service environments.
- Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.
- The ability to make confident decisions and remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and personal presentation.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for coaching and developing others.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and major live events.
Experience within luxury hotels, fine dining, premium hospitality, corporate hospitality, exhibitions, conferences or live events would be advantageous.
Please note this is a casual role and shifts will vary depending on our live events programme.
