The Event Executive is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of conferences, meetings, exhibitions, banqueting and hospitality events, ensuring an exceptional client experience and seamless operational execution. The role independently manages conference and banqueting events valued under £10,000, while supporting Event Managers on larger events, acting as a key liaison between clients, internal teams and suppliers to ensure successful event delivery.
The Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver events by managing client requirements, preparing Event Banqueting Orders (EBOs), event timelines and operational briefs, and supporting the successful execution of conferences, meetings, exhibitions and hospitality functions.
- Manage client relationships throughout the event lifecycle, conducting client communications, meetings and site visits, ensuring requirements are understood, communicated and delivered to a high standard.
- Provide comprehensive event administration, maintaining accurate event records, contracts, correspondence and booking system information, while preparing operational documentation such as floorplans, staffing schedules and setup instructions.
- Support on-site event delivery, acting as a client contact, coordinating with Catering, Operations, Technical and Front of House teams, and ensuring event setups meet agreed specifications.
- Drive client satisfaction and business growth, gathering post-event feedback, identifying opportunities for repeat business and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring all services, contractors and stakeholders contribute effectively to the successful delivery of events.

- Previous experience in an events, hospitality or customer service environment.
- Experience supporting the planning, coordination or delivery of customer-facing events is desirable.
- Familiarity with event management systems, with experience of iVvy advantageous.
