Legends Global is seeking Casual Culinary Team Members to help deliver exceptional food experiences at Coventry Building Society Arena, one of the UK's leading sport, entertainment, and conference venues. Supporting an exciting programme of football fixtures, concerts, exhibitions, conferences, and major live events, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside talented culinary professionals, contributing to exceptional food experiences across a variety of hospitality and event settings.

The Role

We're looking for passionate, reliable, and motivated individuals who take pride in great food and enjoy working as part of a professional kitchen team. Opportunities are available across a range of culinary positions, from Kitchen Porters and Commis-level support roles through to Chef de Partie and Lead Chef positions. No matter your level of experience, you'll play an important role in helping deliver high-quality food experiences, maintaining culinary standards, and supporting successful event operations.

This role is ideal for those seeking flexible work while gaining valuable experience within a dynamic and exciting live events environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation, production, and presentation of high-quality food across a variety of events and hospitality experiences.
  • Deliver consistently high culinary standards while working in a fast-paced professional kitchen environment.
  • Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and health & safety practices at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with chefs, kitchen teams, and event colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Contribute to an organised, professional, and positive kitchen culture.

This role is offered on a casual, event-based basis, with evening and weekend work aligned to matchdays and arena events. Any work offered will be subject to satisfactory pre‑employment checks. All checks will be carried out in line with data protection law and we will only request information that is necessary for the role.
