Legends Global is proud to be the official Food & Beverage partner at Arsenal FC, and we’re now recruiting Casual Hospitality team members to join our matchday and events team at the iconic Emirates Stadium. The Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer‑focused individuals who thrive in fast‑paced environments and enjoy delivering great service. Previous hospitality or bar experience is welcome but not essential — what matters most is a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for creating memorable guest experiences. This role is ideal for those seeking flexible work around studies, other jobs, or personal commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Take and process orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every guest has a positive matchday experience
- Follow licensing laws and apply Challenge 25 at all times
- Keep service areas clean, tidy, and fully stocked throughout shifts
- Work collaboratively as part of a busy hospitality team in a live‑event environment

Recruitment Process Outlined
As part of the application, candidates will be asked to record a short video response to a couple of questions, allowing us to get to know you beyond your CV. Applications and videos will be reviewed by the Legends Global team, with successful candidates invited to an induction and interview at Emirates Stadium. This role is offered on a casual, event‑based basis, with evening and weekend work aligned to matchdays and stadium events. Any offer of employment will be subject to satisfactory pre‑employment checks. These may include verification of identity, proof of address, right to work, employment history, qualifications, and—where relevant to the role—a basic or enhanced DBS check. All checks will be carried out in line with data protection law and we will only request information that is necessary for the role.
