The Role
We are recruiting across front‑of‑house, bar, and back‑of‑house hospitality roles, ranging from guest‑facing service positions to operational leadership opportunities. Whether you are delivering service on the floor or leading teams during busy matchday operations, these roles are suited to individuals who thrive in fast‑paced environments, take pride in high service standards, and work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality food and beverage service across hospitality areas at Stamford Bridge
- Serve food and drinks, processing orders accurately using EPOS systems
- Support smooth front‑and back‑of‑house operations during matchdays and events
- Lead or support teams during service, resolving guest or operational issues where required
- Maintain service standards and ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health & safety, and licensing regulations (including Challenge 25)
- Keep service and work areas clean, organised, and well stocked
- Work collaboratively in a fast‑paced live‑event environment
What we're looking for
- Previous hospitality or bar experience is desirable
- Confident and comfortable in a customer‑facing role
- Leadership or team‑support experience for Supervisor positions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and high‑energy matchdays

Recruitment Process Outlined

This role is offered on a casual, event‑based basis, with evening and weekend work aligned to matchdays and stadium events. Any offer of employment will be subject to satisfactory pre‑employment checks. These may include verification of identity, proof of address, right to work, employment history, qualifications, and—where relevant to the role—a basic or enhanced DBS check. All checks will be carried out in line with data protection law and we will only request information that is necessary for the role.
