The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present food in line with Legends Global and Chelsea FC standards.
- Support the delivery of high‑volume matchday and event catering.
- For senior roles, lead and coordinate kitchen teams to ensure smooth service and food quality.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations at all times.
- Ensure kitchen areas remain clean, organised, and well stocked.
- Work collaboratively across kitchen sections in a fast‑paced live‑event environment.
What we're looking for
- Relevant culinary experience appropriate to the role applied for.
- Level 3 culinary qualification for Head Chef and Lead Chef roles.
- Level 2 culinary qualification for Chef de Partie and Pastry roles.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high‑volume kitchen.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and matchdays.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional approach.
- Able to commute to Stamford Bridge.
