Founded in 1905, Chelsea FC competes at the highest level of domestic and European football, supported by world‑class hospitality and non‑matchday events.

At the heart of West London sporting life, Legends Global works in partnership with Chelsea FC as their official F&B provider to deliver excellence on and off the pitch.

The Role

The Tea Bar operates Monday to Friday, 7.30–16:30, serving Chelsea FC employees, stadium visitors and members of the public.

The successful candidate will also on occasion be required to work Chelsea FC home fixtures and other stadium events, with flexibility outside of normal operating hours when required.

The Tea Bar Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operation of the Tea Bar at Stamford Bridge, ensuring the delivery of an outstanding customer experience whilst achieving operational, commercial and financial objectives.

The role will oversee all aspects of the Tea Bar operation, including service delivery, team leadership, food safety, stock management, financial performance and compliance.

  • The Responsibilities
  • Lead the daily operation of the Tea Bar, ensuring a consistently high standard of service, presentation and operational excellence.
  • Deliver an efficient, customer-focused operation that meets the needs of Chelsea FC employees, visitors, contractors and the general public.
  • Ensure the Tea Bar is fully prepared for daily trading, match days and stadium events.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety throughout the operation.
  • Drive continuous improvements in operational efficiency, customer experience and service standards.
  • Support the wider Food & Beverage operation during major events and where business demands require.

What we're looking for

  • Proven leadership experience managing teams within a café, coffee shop, tearoom, or high-volume food & beverage environment, with a track record of coaching and developing people.
  • Commercially minded, with experience managing budgets, controlling stock, and driving operational performance.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in fast-paced hospitality settings, with strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of Food Safety, HACCP, and Health & Safety regulations, ensuring full compliance and high operational standards.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and EPOS systems, with a flexible approach to working match days, weekends, and major stadium events.
