The Role
The Assistant Ticketing Manager will provide a dynamic customer focused ticketing retail service and assist the Head of Ticketing in managing and developing the ticketing operation for OVO Arena Wembley. NB – this role requires being able to work evenings/weekends/bank holidays as the diary dictates.

The Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end ticketing journey, managing events from launch through to show day, ensuring accurate event set-up, inventory management and seamless coordination with promoters and ticketing partners.
• Maximise ticket sales and venue performance, optimising seating configurations, managing holds and allocations, advising on pricing structures, and identifying opportunities to drive revenue while maintaining an excellent customer experience.
• Lead Box Office operations on event days, delivering efficient, customer-focused service and overseeing ticketing activity across evenings, weekends and major live events.
• Build strong relationships with promoters and stakeholders, providing sales reporting, event reconciliations and expert ticketing support to ensure successful event delivery.
• Drive operational excellence, maintaining accurate ticketing systems, records and seating plans while continuously improving processes, collaborating across departments and supporting customer issue resolution.

• Experienced in ticketing, box office or event operations, with a strong understanding of event set-up, ticket inventory management and live event delivery.
• Commercially minded and detail-oriented, with the ability to analyse sales performance, manage event configurations and identify opportunities to maximise revenue.
• An exceptional communicator, confident working with promoters, clients, customers and colleagues to build effective relationships and deliver outstanding service.
• Highly organised and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced live entertainment environment.
• A proactive team player and problem solver, committed to continuous improvement, health and safety compliance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
