We are recruiting on behalf of a leading engineering business for a Customer Service Engineer to support customers across a designated territory. This is a hands-on role focused on equipment servicing, maintenance, fault finding, repairs, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned maintenance and reactive service visits
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults
- Manage your territory effectively and meet service targets
- Deliver a high level of customer service at all times
- Provide operator training and technical support
- Identify opportunities for additional products and services
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate records
- Support colleagues and assist with coverage outside your normal area when required
