We are looking for a Technical Coordinator to join our Power clients. The role will be based near Chatham and comes with a salary up to £32,000.

Responsibilities for Technical Coordinator:

  • Administer and maintain product and design solutions documentation.
  • Provide documentation support to Engineering and Delivery teams.
  • Own, prepare, and coordinate cost models, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Facilitate meetings and communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment on products and solutions.
  • Develop, review, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user manuals, system designs, standard operating procedures, solution specifications, and test specifications.
  • Translate complex engineering concepts into clear, digestible content suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ensure all documentation meets company standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements, maintaining clarity, accuracy, and consistency.

Requirements for Technical Coordinator:

  • Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive, team-oriented approach.
  • Ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in administrative or coordinator roles.
  • Engineering or technical background.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical metering systems.
