We\’re seeking a skilled Reactive Maintenance Electrician to join our domestic operations team across West London. Youll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing electrical issues in occupied homes, ensuring high standards of safety, service, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities for Reactive Maintenance Electrician

• Respond promptly to reactive maintenance calls across domestic properties
• Carry out fault finding, repairs, and minor installations in line with current regulations
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards (BS7671)
• Maintain accurate records of works and materials used
• Work independently with effective time management and customer interaction
• Represent the company professionally with tenants and homeowners

Candidate Requirements for Reactive Maintenance Electrician
To be considered, youll need:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• NVQ Level 3 or Diploma in Electrical Installations
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Certification (BS7671)
• Proven experience in domestic electrical maintenance
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Right to work in the UK
