We are looking for a Project Resource Scheduler to join our Highways Maintenance clients. The role will be based near Bar Hill and comes with a salary up to £28,000 dependent on experience.
Responsibilities for Project Resource Scheduler:
- Schedule and allocate daily work across assigned resources, meeting client SLAs and internal targets.
- Provide leadership and on-the-ground support to operatives, handling site-based queries and challenges.
- Maintain direct communication with clients and third parties to resolve any operational issues.
- Coordinate specialist services (e.g. traffic management, pest control, electricians) as required.
- Submit and manage permits through the NAR database, working closely with Highways Authorities.
- Complete applications for specialist permits, including Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders (TTROs).
- Review daily submissions via GEO-Sight, flagging and addressing anomalies to prevent defects and penalties.
- Track orders on internal and client systems in real-time, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Manage highway defects and interim reinstatements within service levels to minimise fines.
- Validate and update job data and associated costs in preparation for billing.
- Approve invoices prior to submission to line management.
- Manage emergency works within tight client timeframes (e.g. 2-hour SLAs).
