Were seeking a proactive and people-focused Program Delivery Lead to join our Electrical Maintenance clients. The role is based near Hertford and comes with a salary of £42,000.
Responsibilities for Program Delivery Lead
- Leading the Administration team to ensure the successful delivery ofreactivemaintenance and PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) programs
- Attend weekly client meetings alongside the Maintenance Manager
- Serve as the primary contact for client queries and internal communications
- Manage and develop the Administration team, fostering a high-performance culture
- Coordinate internal responses to client issues, ensuring resolution
- Lead the complaints process from start to finish
- Monitor adherence to policies around resident access and appointment booking
- Contribute insights to monthly board reports
- Maintain accurate compliance data and Power BI dashboards
- Follow company policies and complete relevant training
- Participate in investigations and disciplinary processes as needed
