An opportunity has arisen for a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join a dedicated facilities engineering team. This static role offers long-term stability, a consistent working environment, and the chance to contribute to the safety and reliability of critical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), fault diagnosis, and reactive repairs across electrical systems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot systems including 3-phase power distribution, emergency lighting, small power, alarms, and general building services.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal standards.
- Work within strict safety protocols and contribute to a strong Health & Safety culture.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a commercial or facilities management setting.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, fault-finding, and maintenance practices.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
- City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection (desirable).
- Eligibility to pass BPSS clearance (must have lived and worked in the UK continuously for the past 5 years).
