New Build Contracts Manager
Company: Bespoke New Build client
Location: Based near Horsham, covering primarily the South East
Package: Up to £45,000 per annum plus company vehicle, pension, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
About the Company:
My client is one of the UK’s largest designers and manufacturers of energy-efficient, bespoke homes. They are seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee New Build Home projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee new build projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Maintain high standards of quality and compliance with regulations.
