Mobile Repair Technician
£33,000 per annum + Company Van
Working Hours: 7:30am 5:00pm (Door-to-Door)
North Derby / Nottingham

We are currently seeking a Mobile Repair Technician to join our Facilities Management clients. The role will require traveling approx. 100 miles/day across sites, comes with a salary of £33,000 plus company van.

Responsibilities for Mobile Repair Technician

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs
• Repairing doors and locks
• Lighting maintenance
• Unblocking public toilets
• General painting and decorating
• Ensuring high standards of customer service in public-facing environments

Requirements for Mobile Repair Technician

• Strong technical knowledge of doors and locks
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven experience in mobile roles with significant daily travel
• Previous on-call experience (1 in 12 rotation)
• Emergency Lighting Training
• ACOP L8 Legionella Awareness
• IPAF 3a & 3b
• PASMA
• Full UK Driving Licence
