About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join our clients team, providing high-quality HVAC maintenance services across Nottingham. This role involves a mix of scheduled preventive maintenance and reactive repairs, ensuring optimal performance of air conditioning and building services systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct PPM servicing, fault-finding, and reactive repairs on air conditioning and HVAC systems.
  • Diagnose and rectify hot/cold issues via BMS adjustments.
  • Perform mechanical maintenance on belts, motors, valves, and related components.
  • Carry out minor installation works and system upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with industry health and safety regulations while working at height, on roofs, steps, ladders, or MEWPs.
  • Maintain accurate records using the CAFM system via iPad.
  • Provide technical guidance to stakeholders regarding system performance and fault diagnostics.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in HVAC building maintenance.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning or equivalent qualification.
  • F-GAS 2079 CAT1 certification (mandatory).
  • Ability to work efficiently in a mobile capacity across multiple sites.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
