We are supporting a national leader in facilities, infrastructure, and building services as they expand their Electrical Maintenance team across North West London. This is a stable, long-term role with excellent earning potential; current Electricians are consistently achieving £55,000 - £60,000 per year, supported by regular overtime and paid travel time (30 minutes to and from each job).
You will be working on a wide range of commercial and industrial sites, carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance, inspections, and remedial works. Full support, training, and development are provided, making this an ideal opportunity for an Electrician who wants long-term security, progression, and a strong annual income.
As an Electrician, you will:
- Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial and industrial sites
- Complete testing, inspection, and certification in line with regulations
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults on a variety of building services equipment
- Support minor installation and upgrade projects when required
- Benefit from paid travel time (30 minutes each way)
Experience Required for Electrician:
- You must have experience in an electrical maintenance, service, or installation role, ideally involving:
- Commercial or industrial electrical systems
- Planned and reactive maintenance
- Testing, inspection, and certification
- Fault-finding on building services equipment
Electrician Skills & Competencies:
- Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic ability
- Confident working on commercial/industrial systems and equipment
- Ability to complete testing, inspection, and certification
- 2391 Testing & Inspection or EAL/LCL equivalent
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience in commercial or industrial electrical work
- Strong written and verbal English
