Lead Operative Street Furniture, Streetlights & Highway Technology Assets (Carshalton, Surrey) up to £20ph.
We are seeking an experienced Lead Operative to take charge of a two-person crew working on street furniture installation, maintenance and removal across Surrey and surrounding areas. You will be leading an established Operative who already has strong experience and is ready to support a capable lead. This role requires someone confident working at height and able to deliver safe, high-quality work on live highways and public-realm environments.
What's on offer for the Lead Operative:
- £17 - £20 per hour + overtime (dependent on experience)
- Working with an experienced number-2 already in place

Essential Requirements for Lead Operative:
- Lives within a commutable distance of Carshalton, Surrey
- Full UK driving license
- IPAF qualification and confidence working at height
- CSCS / ECS Card
- SSSTS
- Strong leadership, communication and site-safety awareness
- Experience in highways, street furniture, civils or similar technical outdoor work
