About the Role
Were seeking experienced and motivated Team Leaders to join our landscaping construction clients. This hands-on role involves leading a team in delivering high-quality soft and hard landscaping across open spaces and site-based environments. From operating small tractors and preparing groundworks to planting shrubs and installing trees, youll help shape vibrant, safe, and sustainable outdoor areas for public enjoyment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute soft landscaping tasks including turfing, seeding, planting, and ground preparation
- Support hard landscaping activities such as paving, slabbing, and decking
- Lead your team with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality
- Ensure all work meets environmental and aesthetic standards
Requirements Needed
- Proven experience in soft landscaping (planting, turfing, ground prep)
- Familiarity with hard landscaping techniques is a plus
- Previous leadership experience in a similar role is highly desirable
- Full UK driving licence and valid CSCS card are essential
- Strong knowledge of trees and shrubs
- Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on safety
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
