About the Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic and skilled operatives to join our Landscaping Construction Clients in Northamptonshire. You’ll be involved in a variety of soft landscaping tasks including tractor operation, seeding, ground preparation, shrub planting, and tree installation across open spaces and site-based environments. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your experience, develop your skills, and grow within a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out soft landscaping duties such as turfing, planting, and ground preparation
- Support hard landscaping tasks including paving, slabbing, and decking as needed
- Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently
- Contribute to creating safe, attractive, and sustainable outdoor spaces
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in soft and/or hard landscaping is highly desirable
- Full, valid UK driving licence
- CSCS card preferred; willingness to obtain one if not currently held
- Horticultural knowledge is a strong advantage
- Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on safety
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
