We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established infrastructure and environmental services contractor seeking a Supervisor to join their operational team on the Isle of Wight. This Supervisor position offers the opportunity to lead a range of frontline services, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard across multiple operational disciplines. The successful Supervisor will oversee field-based teams and specialist subcontractors while supporting the planning and coordination of day-to-day activities. The Role
As Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating workforce activities, ensuring resources are effectively deployed and maintaining high levels of service delivery across a range of environmental and operational services.

- Scheduling and coordinating routine and reactive works
