The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Location: EAST LONDON / SOUTH EAST LONDON

Self-employed / CIS: £200 - £240 a day dependent on experience.

Permanent: £39,999 - £44,999 + company car + full benefits package.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), including a 1-hour break - (Flexible Start & Finish times possible).

Job Summary

We are seeking multiple, skilled Installation Electricians to work on a variety of commercial electrical installation projects, where my client can offer Permanent or Self-employed / CIS payment options! This role involves the installation of diverse electrical containment systems including but not limited to conduit, trunking, tray, and basket as well as wiring electrical circuits and sub-main cabling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installing all types of electrical containment systems
  • Replacing and installing SPN and TPN distribution equipment
  • Handling mains and sub-main cabling
  • Conducting ELV and LV wiring

Duties:

  • Perform electrical installation, maintenance, and testing work as required.
  • Diagnose and report electrical faults, demonstrating a strong understanding of electrical systems.
  • Interpret and apply site and electrical drawings as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with current health and safety regulations and other relevant industry standards.
  • Accurately complete paperwork and utilise the Oneserve Application in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with residents and clients when required.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in company-provided training programs.
  • Support business changes that contribute to the company’s success.
  • Undertake any additional duties reasonably assigned by management or directors.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Maintain high-quality standards in all work undertaken.
  • Properly care for company-supplied equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Ensure company vehicles are maintained and driven safely.
  • Maintain a professional appearance, wearing company-provided uniform and identification badge.

  • Strong knowledge of the electrical industry.
  • Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
  • Familiarity with electrical and building regulations.

Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
  • Preferably 18th edition, but they would also consider 17th edition holders.
  • ECS Gold Card.
  • Asbestos Awareness certification. (Permanent only)
  • Must have held a full UK driving license for at least 12 months.
