Electrical Supervisor Hertfordshire (Hybrid) £We are recruiting on behalf of a growing compliance and maintenance organisation for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical maintenance, testing, inspection and certification activities across a varied property portfolio. This is a leadership role where you will provide technical guidance to electricians, supervisors and apprentices, ensuring all work is delivered safely, efficiently and in line with current regulations and industry standards. Act as the technical lead for electrical compliance, testing and certification. Carry out site inspections, quality audits and technical reviews. Review and approve electrical certification and reports. NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Installation or equivalent. ~ Completed electrical apprenticeship. ~ C&G 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent). ~Strong knowledge of inspection, testing, emergency lighting, PAT and electrical maintenance. ~ Good IT skills, including Microsoft 365 and certification systems. SMSTS, IOSH or NEBOSH qualification. Experience within social housing, property maintenance or other regulated sectors. High-quality, compliant electrical works delivered right first time.
