Full-Time (40 hours/week, Monday to Friday)
£41,000 – £47,000 +Overtime (Dependant on experience)

Were seeking a proactive and experienced Supervisor to join our Highway Maintenance clients. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic outdoor environment and is committed to maintaining high standards of safety and service. The role is based near Bracknell and comes with a salary up to £47,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities Highways Supervisor

• Lead and manage a team of operatives performing routine highway maintenance
• Oversee the delivery of the Winter Gritting Service
• Plan and schedule maintenance works efficiently
• Coordinate the procurement of materials and plant equipment
• Participate in the out-of-hours call-out supervision rota
• Collaborate with fellow supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery for local authority clients
• Flexibility to work day or night shifts as required

Requirements for Highways Supervisor

• Previous experience in local authority highway works is desirable but not essential
• Valid SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification
• Relevant Traffic Management qualifications
• Full UK Driving Licence
