We are looking for a skilled Electrical Testing & Inspection Engineer to join our Electrical Contract clients. The role will be covering West London and comes with a salary up to £44,000.

Responsibilities for Electrical Testing & Inspection

  • Perform EICRs and complete necessary remedial work to meet current regulations and client requirements.
  • Conduct electrical testing, inspection, installation, and maintenance.
  • Diagnose and report electrical faults effectively.
  • Interpret electrical and site drawings where required.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and all relevant industry standards.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, residents, and colleagues.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold company values.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Undertake training provided by the company to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Perform additional duties as instructed by management or directors.

Requirements for Electrical Testing & Inspection

  • Extensive experience with 3-phase electrical systems.
  • Electrical installation experience, including fault finding and remedial work.
  • Proficiency in completing electrical certifications.
  • Ability to report works undertaken and additional requirements accurately.
  • Practical electrical skills combined with strong communication and administrative abilities.
  • City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical qualification (or equivalent).
  • City & Guilds 2391-51 or equivalent.
  • City & Guilds 2382-18 (BS7671 18th Edition update).
  • AM2 practical assessment (preferred).
  • Asbestos Awareness certification.
